Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in B2B E-Commerce platforms and banking domain applications to lead quality assurance activities across complex business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test strategy, test planning, functional and integration testing, API testing, and test team leadership.

The candidate should understand banking workflows and B2B commerce processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.

Required Skills :

12+ years of experience in software testing, including experience leading QA teams.

Strong experience in B2B E-Commerce applications and banking domain projects.

Excellent understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or ALM.

Understanding of SQL queries and database validation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead QA teams and manage multiple testing activities and deliverables.
