About DISA Uranium
DISA Uranium™ Corporation (DISA Uranium) is redefining American uranium recovery and production. Headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, the Company recovers uranium and vanadium from abandoned uranium mine (AUM) waste, remediates legacy sites left across the western United States, and applies its patented high-pressure slurry ablation technology (HPSA™) to make conventional uranium production cleaner, more efficient, and more economic.
We hold the only U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license to treat and recover AUM waste across multiple sites — and with a growing conventional resource base behind it, the Company is building the domestic capacity to turn American waste and American ore into American fuel.
Our mission is simple: restore the past while powering the future, and rebuild a secure domestic uranium supply chain.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and serves as a key operational partner to the entire Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring the leadership team can focus on top priorities without administrative concerns. This role manages complex, rapidly changing calendars across multiple executives; coordinates meetings, offsites, and travel; tracks priorities and follow-through; and handles sensitive company and personal information with discretion. The Executive Assistant thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities across several stakeholders with minimal oversight, and operates with a high degree of ownership, judgment, and professionalism. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven company, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage complex, rapidly changing calendars for the CEO and COO, and serve as the central scheduling and logistics partner for the broader ELT, aligning calendars, resolving competing priorities and conflicts, and coordinating meetings, travel, internal reviews, Board interactions, and external partner engagements.
- Support preparation of materials for investors, lenders, advisors, and strategic partners as directed.
- Draft and edit executive-level communications, talking points, and leadership announcements on behalf of the CEO and other ELT members, managing information flow to ensure clarity and consistency of executive messaging.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for high-priority communications requiring CEO or ELT review or response, and as the central point of contact for the executive office, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking across the leadership team.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prepare contingencies, prioritizing requests and making informed tradeoffs to keep the CEO, COO, and ELT on time and focused; prepare daily schedules, briefing notes, and pre-read materials as needed.
- Own the Executive Leadership Team's operating cadence — including ELT meetings, offsites, and leadership forums — building agendas, coordinating logistics, and tracking action items to completion; support ad hoc meeting setup, notes, and next steps for cross-functional meetings as needed.
- Organize Board meeting logistics, scheduling, and planning, including coordinating travel as needed for Board members.
- Organize travel, logistics, itineraries, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency for assigned personnel.
- Build strong relationships across the organization, including with ELT members and their teams, to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle sensitive company and personal information with absolute discretion.
- Represent the executive office with professionalism in all communications.
- Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA Uranium.
- Attend and participate in all required safety trainings.
- Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

- Proven experience managing complex, competing schedules, travel, and communications for multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and follow-through, including comfort managing multiple complex tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic, fast-paced environments, working under pressure and with limited supervision, and identifying flexible solutions to challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, supporting shared goals and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate DISA's values of Dedication, Innovation, Sustainability, and Accelerate Change.
