 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product professional with strong expertise in Payments, Digital Banking, and UI/UX to join a dynamic team in New York.

Required Skills & Experience

·        Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Payments / Banking

·        Hands-on knowledge of Payment Processing and Transaction Lifecycle

·        Strong experience with:

o   ACH

o   Wire Payments

o   Card Payments

o   Digital Payments

·        Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric product design

·        Ability to translate business requirements into:

o   User Journeys

o   Wireframes

o   User Stories

o   Acceptance Criteria

·        Experience working closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams

·        Strong understanding of API integrations and payment workflows

·        Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·        Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into intuitive digital experiences

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

·        Analyze and document payments and digital banking business requirements

·        Understand end-to-end payment processing and transaction lifecycles

·        Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Engineering, and QA teams to define solutions

·        Create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria

·        Analyze payment workflows and identify opportunities for process and digital experience improvements

·        Support API integration requirements and payment-related system workflows

·        Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to product delivery

·        Work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented
