Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 5–7+ years of relevant IT/Cloud Platform experience

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience

• Strong experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service

• Experience with AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, CDN, and enterprise integrations

• Experience with Vercel platform support/administration strongly preferred

• Strong production support, incident management, problem management, and RCA experience

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release support, and environment promotions

• Experience supporting modern web applications built with React, Next.js, APIs, and cloud-native architectures

• Strong understanding of platform monitoring, observability, automation, availability, and service reliability

• Experience with user access, permissions, configuration management, certificates, security, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and production support for AEM as a Cloud Service and the Vercel hosting platform

• Support AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, CDN, workflows, replication, and integrations

• Monitor platform health, application availability, performance, and service reliability

• Troubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures, integration issues, and platform problems

• Lead incident resolution, RCA, service restoration, and preventive improvement activities

• Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, releases, environment promotions, and configuration changes

• Support security, access management, certificate renewals, compliance, and ITrequirements

• Maintain integrations with DAM, Workfront, Azure services, Akamai/CDN, publishing partners, and digital marketing platforms

• Provide platform consultation to teams developing applications using Next.js, React, APIs, AWS, and cloud-native technologies

• Create operational procedures, knowledge articles, support documentation, and platform runbooks

• Participate in on-call support, major incident response, disaster recovery planning, and testing

• Drive automation, platform reliability, performance optimization, and technical-debt reduction

• Help mature platform services to Level 3 (Defined) under the Service Maturity Model

• Complete required service-offering artifacts and demonstrate alignment with Caterpillar ITand Security Directives

• Train the existing support team and establish proactive operational processes before customer-facing production traffic
