Job Description

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Systems Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable cloud and data platforms for enterprise clients. You will oversee a team of engineers building secure, reliable, and high-performance data and analytics environments, integrating modern data stacks, observability, and automation. Partner closely with consultants and client stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. You'll champion engineering best practices, mentor talent, and drive experimentation with new tools while maintaining a sustainable, flexible, learning-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of enterprise cloud and data platform architectures for clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of systems and data engineers, setting goals and reviewing performance.
  • Translate business and analytics requirements into scalable technical roadmaps and solution designs.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including Ia
  • C, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
  • Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Ensure security, compliance, reliability, and cost optimization across cloud and data environments.
