Business Continuity Business Analyst Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Were looking for an experienced Business Continuity Business Analyst to support a major organisation. This is a hands-on BA role focused on strengthening Business Continuity and Operational Resilience across critical services. What you'll be doing Lead Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) Map critical processes, systems, suppliers and dependencies Define RTOs, RPOs and recovery requirements Develop and improve Business Continuity Plans Identify resilience gaps, risks and single points of failure Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs Support scenario testing and Business Continuity exercises Turn complex findings into practical improvement plans What we're looking for Strong Business Analysis / Business Change background Business Continuity or Operational Resilience experience Experience within large, complex or regulated environments Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills Understanding of technology, third-party and operational dependencies Knowledge of ISO 22301 / ITIL beneficial Interested or know someone suitable?
