Systems Engineer – Level 2 (TS/SCI with Polygraph) Location: Annapolis Junction, MD Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Overview We are seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 2) to support mission-critical programs in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role focuses on systems engineering, requirements management, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to support development and integration efforts on medium-to-large scale systems. Key Responsibilities * Support systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, and verification) * Develop and manage system requirements, CONOPS, and technical documentation * Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to support system development and delivery * Utilize Jira/Confluence (or similar tools) for tracking, documentation, and coordination * Contribute to system modeling efforts using MBSE methodologies where applicable Required Qualifications * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline * (5 additional years of SE experience may substitute for a degree) * 14 years of systems engineering experience * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar) * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements and project tracking Desired Qualifications * Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody * Familiarity with SysML modeling * INCOSE ASEP certification (or similar) * Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs Why Join * Support mission-critical systems with real-world impact * Work with a high-performing, cleared engineering team * Opportunity to contribute to modern MBSE-driven development efforts * Collaborative Agile environment with strong technical leadership
