The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional member experiences. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Ensure optimal staff scheduling to maximize production and provide consistent member coverage. • Coach, train, and develop staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. • Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs, achieving membership sales goals, and implementing action plans. • Uphold quality standards through effective training on club tours, membership presentations, and member engagement strategies. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or a related industry. • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of motivating sales teams. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities. • Familiarity with sales processes, KPIs, and performance monitoring. • Ability to create and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Passion for fitness and a commitment to member success.
