Experience: 8–12 years (including team leadership experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications in the financial services domain. The candidate will lead a development team, drive technical decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
Design and maintain microservices-based applications and system integrations.
Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver financial solutions.
Ensure application security, data integrity, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and follow Agile development practices.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
Experience with microservices, design patterns, and system architecture.
Knowledge of financial services such as banking, payments, lending, or wealth management.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
