Service Designer - Unified Communications

Service Designer - 3-month contract - £475 per day (Outside IR35) - Reading/Hybrid (2 days a week on site)

Key skills/experience:

• Must have strong demonstrable knowledge of Unified Communications and hold the ability to engage with internal stakeholders to detail end-to-end processes and deliver a solution that meets business needs
• Experience of working in a telecommunications environment highly desirable (mobile or fixed)
• Be able to showcase a background of problem-solving, and when it comes to solutions, presenting a number of options to key business stakeholders, and benefits/weaknesses to the options presented

Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently engaged with a tier one mobile network operator, looking to onboard a Service Designer to join their team on a key unified communications initiative, working with the RingCentral suite of products.
