Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, in accounting.
• Experience with U.S. accounting standards (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar platforms
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
