Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and practical experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Expertise in solution architecture, configuration, implementation, and integrations.
• Relevant ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Note: IRM expertise is the top priority; ITOM experience is also required.
