Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Native iOS development to lead and drive innovative mobile solutions

Job Description

Lead the design development and deployment of highquality native iOS applications Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance technical skills and best practices Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in iOS development Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisionmaking Drive continuous improvement in development processes and code quality Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and maintainable native iOS applications

·       Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain highquality deliverables

·       Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

·       Collaborate with product managers designers and QA to ensure seamless delivery

·       Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

·       Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies

·       Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives

·       Foster a culture of collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
