Staff Software Engineer – Rust/Python

Location: Remote 

Must Have:

• Rust or Python
• AWS
• Microservices / reusable services
• SQL-based analytical databases
• TypeScript/JavaScript
• CI/CD and observability
• Technical leadership
• Agentic workflows/tools

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering areas.
• Develop scalable microservices and reusable enterprise services.
• Support and optimize existing applications.
• Drive technical improvements and application reliability.
• Improve developer onboarding and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with teams on architecture and technical decisions.
• Spend approximately 50% of time hands-on coding and 50% enabling the team.
