Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst – London – up to £70,000pa - Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)

Our client are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Change and Transformation team, providing Business Analysis support to their Transformation Programme.

You will be working closely with Business Subject Matter Experts, Programme Workstream Leads, Technology colleagues and wider transformation teams. Gaining insight to understand business needs, capture requirements, analyse current processes and support the design of improved end-to-end services.

They are looking for Candidates with:

• Experience translating between technical concepts and business language.

• A passion for process improvement and discovering solutions.

• Experience facilitating workshops and demos to gather feedback and drive user adoption.

• Experience of Target Operating model principles, options, purpose, a track record of applying TOM.

• Business Analyst Manager experience, mentoring or coaching team members.

Previous experience working within the Housing sector, or similar environments would be beneficial for this opportunity.

Manager responsibilities or someone with previous experience mentoring colleagues is highly desirable for this role.

This role is a perm position, offering up to £70,000pa. They have a hybrid working policy of 1-2 days per week in the London office.
