Technical Business Analyst – London

We have a Technical Business Analyst opportunity sitting between Product and Engineering, acting as the key link across Product, Engineering, Architecture and Data.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex systems, APIs and data, while still understanding the wider product and business context.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Translate high-level product requirements into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Understand and map APIs, integrations, systems, data flows and business processes
• Identify dependencies, downstream impacts and edge cases
• Work closely with engineers on backlog refinement and technical delivery
• Challenge and clarify requirements, acting as a go-to person for underlying system complexity
• Work autonomously across multiple, project-driven initiatives

Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ BA / Systems Analysis / PO experience, with strong technical analysis experience. You should be comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, data schemas and SQL (no coding required).

Experience across subscriptions, membership, payments, health/fitness, retail or other complex multi-system environments would be particularly relevant.

London – 3 days per week in office

£75–80k, with flexibility up to £85k for an exceptional candidate
