Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, evaluate, and close qualified technology professionals across multiple skill sets.

The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple requirements simultaneously, using various sourcing platforms, and coordinating closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source qualified IT professionals through Dice, Monster, Indeed, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media.
• Work on technical requirements across areas such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, QA, Business Analysis, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, notice period, and overall suitability.
• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls and assess candidates before submitting profiles to hiring managers.
• Develop effective Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing strategies for complex and niche technical requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and successfully close candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment activities, submissions, interviews, offers, joining status, and other recruitment metrics.
• Mentor or support junior recruiters when required.
• Consistently achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and terminology.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, database sourcing, networking, and candidate mapping.
• Experience handling multiple technical requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Good negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with an ATS or recruitment management system is preferred.
