Configuration Coordinator

Reporting to the Configuration Manager, the Configuration Coordinator is accountable for the configuration of organization and provider data within our claims processing system to support accurate and timely claims processing.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Build, maintain, test, and audit provider network data in our claims processing system to ensure the accurate processing of claims in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy
• Monitor, research, and resolve EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
• Validate and process W9 provider tax forms
• Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims processing system

Job requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalency; associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
• Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing system
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
