Job Description

Berman Auto Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive financing who is committed to delivering a top-tier customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Pay: $150,000-$200,000+ annually

Responsibilities

  • Present finance and insurance options clearly and effectively to customers
  • Work with a wide network of lenders to secure competitive financing terms
  • Sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with all regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Stay current with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales and financing

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership is required
  • Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and F&I products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with menu-selling and dealership software
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
