ROLE: SAP HCM PAYROLL
LOCATION: REMOTE
Introduction:
The SAP HCM Payroll position involves hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and a strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and business rules. The role includes providing ongoing support for SAP HCM modules, designing and optimizing organizational structures, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll, and Time Management modules in alignment with business processes
- Support and maintain custom SAP HCM solutions developed for unique business needs
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR policies
- Manage Time Evaluation, US Payroll, and integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll, Benefits, Time Recording, Time Data Processing, and Shift Scheduling
