Job Description

<>Payroll Analyst

Seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst with hands-on experience in U.S./Canada payroll and Time & Attendance.

Responsibilities
  • Process U.S. and Canada payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations and SOX requirements.
  • Manage Time & Attendance, payroll reporting, reconciliations, stock reporting, and payroll controls.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and manage interfaces between ADP, Workday, Fidelity, and payroll vendors.
  • Support multi-state taxation, tax filings, 401(k), ESPP, equity, benefits, compensation, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries through ServiceNow/ticketing systems.
  • Support SOX/Internal Audit requests and provide backup to the Sr. Payroll Manager.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on Time & Attendance experience required.
  • Strong U.S. and Canadian payroll knowledge and multi-state tax experience.
  • Experience with ADP, Workday, Fidelity, and Excel.
  • ADP Vantage, ADP WFN Canada, 401(k), ESPP, and equity experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong payroll processing, reconciliation, reporting, and SOX experience.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience; CPP a plus.
