AI Software Engineer

Allstate seeks an AI Software Engineer to build and deploy AI-driven solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and customer experiences in finance and insurance. You will design and implement production-grade ML models and services, integrate them with core platforms, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for underwriting, claims, and customer experiences
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices to integrate AI solutions into core systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Perform feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and experimentation
• Optimize model and service performance, reliability, and security in production
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI services and pipelines
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality delivery
• Stay current with AI, ML, and software engineering best practices and tools
