The Role

• Deliver comprehensive engineering support for Spearfish test equipment.
• Design and improve new test equipment, collaborating with a dedicated team.
• Diagnose and repair complex Special to Type Test Equipment to component level.
• Undertake design obsolescence tasks and implement new electrical hardware.
• Produce design schemes, circuit diagrams, wiring schedules, and design documentation.
• Ensure design and safety of test equipment adhere to national and international standards.

What You'll Need

• HNC/HND/Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in test equipment or hardware design.
• Experience in the repair and investigation of test equipment.
• Understanding and ability to create drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Experience within the defense or aerospace sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
