We're looking for a
Sales Project Manager to lead customer-focused initiatives, support business growth, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you'll partner with Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams to manage projects from start to finish, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and objectives moving forward. Manage customer-focused projects from planning through execution. Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and business priorities. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables. Facilitate meetings, track progress, and communicate project updates. Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.

Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
~2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales support, customer service, marketing, or a related business function.
~ Strong organizational and project management skills.
~ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Hybrid work arrangement with an expectation of two days per week minimum in Green Bay office
