Job description

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials with a focus on AR and Advanced Collections
Configure and support Accounts Receivable, Receivables, Customer Accounts, Receipts, and Collections
Configure and support Advanced Collections strategies, scoring, collection processes, and Collector Workbench
Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud functional solutions
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support
Work closely with business users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Required Qualifications
14+ years of experience
Bachelors Degree
