Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SAP SCM EWM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM production support and warehouse operations. The consultant will provide Level 1 support to EWM business teams, analyze and resolve incidents, and coordinate with business users, automation teams, MES, and external vendors.
The role requires strong experience with SAP ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4HANA EWM 1909+, warehouse automation integration, and client-facing support in a 24×7 warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 functional support for SAP EWM business operations.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve EWM incidents and service requests using ServiceNow/SNOW.
  • Support SAP EWM environments on ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4HANA EWM 1909+.
  • Analyze integration issues between EWM, Warehouse Automation, MES, and satellite systems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Work closely with warehouse and client business teams to understand operational issues and provide functional solutions.
  • Monitor day-to-day EWM operations and support production activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate incident resolution through closure.
  • Provide support across 24×7 shifts, including weekend coverage, within the 40-hour weekly limit.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of overall SAP experience with strong SAP EWM expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM on ECC 9.5 or S/4HANA EWM 1909+.
  • Strong experience in SAP EWM production support and incident management.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow/SNOW ticketing.
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse Automation and MES integration.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations with satellite systems and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP EWM Certification.
