Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Healthcare Interoperability Business Analyst
Mandatory skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in healthcare interoperability, systems integration, business process analysis, and requirements management.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and facilitating stakeholder workshops in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, C-CDA, X12, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data mapping for system integrations.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health), interoperability platforms (e.g., Mirth Connect, MuleSoft, Cloverleaf), and supporting API/interface testing, UAT, and production implementations.
- Proficient with SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Experience supporting Health Information Exchange (HIE) solutions and healthcare data sharing using HL7, FHIR, and interoperability standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project managers while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare interoperability standards.
