Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to design and lead enterprise AI and data solutions. The ideal candidate combines AWS Cloud, Generative AI, Agentic AI, hands-on development, enterprise integration, and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered data solutions, intelligent agents, automation workflows, and multi-agent systems.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI, data, integration, security, and deployment architectures.

• Design RAG solutions for secure access to structured and unstructured enterprise data.

• Define APIs, event-driven architectures, canonical data models, integration strategies, and knowledge management frameworks.

• Establish AI security, governance, privacy, responsible AI, and human-in-the-loop controls.

• Provide technical leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and Operations teams.

• Work directly with business, Telecom, Salesforce, and AWS stakeholders.

• Lead architecture, implementation roadmaps, technical documentation, and solution reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Solution, Enterprise, Cloud, Data, or Integration Architecture.

• Strong AWS or other hyperscaler experience; AWS preferred.

• Strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, and multi-agent architectures.

• Hands-on experience developing AI/GenAI solutions.

• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or similar AI services.

• Strong RAG, enterprise data, APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration experience.

• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or ITSM.

• Hands-on development experience with Python, Java, APIs, SDKs, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, IAM, security, AI governance, and data privacy.

• Strong business communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Experience working in Agile and/or waterfall environments with globally distributed teams.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced Solutions/Enterprise Architect with a development background who has recently designed or built Agentic AI / Generative AI solutions on AWS and can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
