Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in non-IT project delivery across engineering, R&D, financial systems, and product rollouts and a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget while managing stakeholders and risk.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans and directing integration of technical activities.


• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.


• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff while supporting development and maintaining competence.


• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.


• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to define specifications and procedures.


• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.


• Direct, review, and approve product designs and design changes.


• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare clear project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities.


• Leadership and mentoring capability with constructive performance feedback.


• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, cost management, and methods for effective manufacturing and distribution.


• Understanding of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation.


• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.


• PMI or PMP certification.
