Responsibilities<br />As a Mobile Plant Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of plant machinery, including heavy equipment up to 60 tons.<br />Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.<br />Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.<br />Providing exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations across the South West region.<br />Maintaining accurate service records and adhering to company and industry safety standards.<br />Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and ensure efficient operations.<br />Qualifications<br />To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience working with plant machinery, ideally with equipment up to 60 tons.<br />A relevant NVQ in Plant Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).<br />Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.<br />A full UK driving license.<br />Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.<br />A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.<br />Day-to-Day<br />Your typical day will involve:

Starting your day at 8:00 AM and finishing at 4:30 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.<br />Traveling to client sites across the South West region in a company-provided van, with door-to-door pay.<br />Performing scheduled maintenance and responding to breakdowns as required.<br />Utilizing manufacturer training and resources to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques.<br />Collaborating with clients to ensure their machinery is operating efficiently and safely.<br />Benefits<br />We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
