Job Description

We are seeking two Senior Project Managers / Product Owners to drive the delivery of technical initiatives from planning through execution. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, requiring strong project management, product ownership, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for assigned products/projects, managing scope, priorities, and product backlog.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Read and trace application logic and data flows to understand system behavior and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively with development and engineering teams without requiring hands-on coding.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner closely with development, QA, business, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Support Agile/Scrum practices in a product ownership capacity.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with business and technical objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or similar role managing technical projects.
• Ability to read and trace through application code/logic, particularly Java and HTML, to understand application functionality; coding is not required.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and environments, including an understanding of data structures and data flows.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with technical teams and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with product ownership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Scrum certification such as CSPO, CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Application development background or hands-on experience within a software development environment.
• Experience managing technical products/projects from requirements through implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional development, QA, and business teams.
