Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues withinagreed SLAs.
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
• Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework, and background jobs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and minor developments.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and transport management.
• Support warehouse users, provide training, and handle user queries.
• Participate in cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support as required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
• Good understanding of:
• o Warehouse structure and master data
• o Inbound & outbound processes
• o Internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment)
• o Physical inventory and cycle counting
• Experience with RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, and ManifestManagement (if applicable).
• Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
• Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, SLG1).
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualification

• SAP EWM Certification Experience in S/4HANA EWM
• Exposure to warehouse automation or third-party integrations
• Experience in 24x8 support environments

Duration: 06 Months , with possible extension
