Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Our Client has a requirement for a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer, who will be required to work on a contract basis

Role Purpose:

Senior C&S Engineer working within a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for the delivery of civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports and specifications. The successful candidate will communicate designs effectively to BIM teams and work closely with other disciplines and construction teams to support project delivery.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports and specifications.
• Communicate design information effectively to BIM teams.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Attend site visits, design reviews and client meetings as required.
• Support and guide junior team members.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Act confidently and professionally when representing the business.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years' Civil & Structural Engineering experience.
• Experience within Nuclear, Oil & Gas, or Process industries.
• BEng in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Chartership with ICE or IStructE preferred.
• CSCS Card holder.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
