Chartered Structural Engineer | Belfast A dynamic and growing civil & structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their team in Belfast. With a reputation for technical excellence and a strong focus on high-quality, practical design solutions, this firm delivers innovative structural projects across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and water sectors. Your new role as a Chartered Structural Engineer You will play a key role in the structural design and delivery of reinforced concrete structures, working on project delivery for both building structures and water-retaining infrastructure. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will take responsibility for leading projects from concept to construction, coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure robust, efficient design solutions. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the continued development of internal design standards and best practices. What you will need to succeed as a Chartered Structural Engineer To be considered for this role, you should have: Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE preferred) Experience delivering detailed designs and calculations for a wide range of structural systems Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. TEDDS, Tekla, Robot, etc.) Strong understanding of Eurocodes and British Standards The ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients What's in it for you?
