The Role

• Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production plants.
• Load and start up production machinery.
• Remove and evaluate products for quantity and quality.
• Manage machine components and control systems.
• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks.
• Continuously optimize manufacturing processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production plants.
• Practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding.
• Quality consciousness and enjoyment of creating perfect workflows.
• Experience in textile or plastics manufacturing is a plus.
