What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production plants. • Practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding. • Quality consciousness and enjoyment of creating perfect workflows. • Experience in textile or plastics manufacturing is a plus.
