What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a skilled worker, technician, or construction equipment operator. • Driving license class B required; C1E and CE desirable. • German language proficiency (B2 level minimum). • Technical understanding and a keen interest in operating construction machinery. • Independent, motivated, and reliable work style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
