ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect for a public sector transformation programme.

You will assess and optimise an existing HRSD platform, reduce technical debt and customisations, drive out-of-the-box (OOTB) adoption, and define a scalable target architecture and transformation roadmap.

Key requirements:

• Extensive ServiceNow HRSD architecture experience.

  
  

• Proven experience in platform optimisation and transformation.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of OOTB capabilities, governance and best practices.

  
  

• Experience reducing customisations and technical debt.

  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  
  

Contract details:

• 6 months, with potential extension

  
  

• Fully remote

  
  

• 750 per day (umbrella)
