Job Description
- Experience. Five-plus years of experience in agile team coaching, scrum master roles, or similar positions within an agile environment.
- Agile certifications. Certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), SAFe, or Scrum Alliance certifications are highly preferred.
- Agile framework expertise. In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks, including scrum, kanban, lean, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
- Must have EDI experience
