Senior IT Infrastructure Manager / Hands-On Infrastructure Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Linux Administration, DevOps, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on Linux administration experience.
• Strong experience supporting AWS environments.
• Experience with configuration management/automation tools such as Ansible or SaltStack.
• Strong scripting experience with Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with Docker and virtualization technologies such as KVM.
• Experience supporting GitHub, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of networking, storage, NFS, backups, disaster recovery, security, and monitoring.
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure.
• Comfortable providing hands-on Tier-1 internal IT support when needed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.

Nice to Have

• Grafana or similar monitoring/observability tools.
• AWS organization/account administration.
• Firmware or hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.
• Engineering lab or robotics infrastructure.
• Elasticsearch.
• SonarScanner/Pytest.
• Telecom, wireless, IoT, LTE, or 5G experience.

Candidates must be able to work onsite in San Mateo approximately three days per week.
