Description

• Lead technical design and delivery of cloud communication solutions.
• Develop complex, personalized templates using communication design tools.
• Manage data mappings and transformations for communication use cases.
• Implement orchestration flows for document generation and delivery.
• Provide architectural inputs and production-readiness guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Mentor developers and establish development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud communication solutions end-to-end.
• Build complex templates with dynamic content and business rules.
• Develop and govern data mappings and transformations.
• Implement document generation and integration flows.
• Lead design and code reviews, and troubleshoot implementation issues.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT experience with cloud communication design and development.
• Experience with building medium-to-high complexity communication templates.
• Strong hands-on experience with data structures and transformations.
• Experience in designing and developing orchestration flows.
• Knowledge of cloud services and secure integration patterns.
