Attic Knight (Duct and Attic Sales Consultant)
Company:
Knights of the Attic, LLC
Job Type:
Full-Time
Pay:
Commission-based with average annual earnings typically ranging from $100,000 to well over $200,000, depending on performance.

Company Summary

Knights of the Attic is a leader in the
Duct & Attic Renovation market, combating Arizona's extreme attic temperatures, which can soar to 155°ree;F—damaging HVAC systems and ductwork. We call this hidden threat an Attic Dragon—and we're dedicated to slaying it! We don’t sell or service HVAC equipment. Instead, we specialize in fixing the actual problems hidden in attics and duct systems. These problems drain comfort, inflate energy bills, and pollute indoor air.

We help homeowners achieve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality by offering:
Duct repair, cleaning & replacement
Dropping, sealing, and burying ductwork under insulation
Blown-in insulation
Radiant barrier installation
Bath and ventilation fan installation
Dryer vent cleaning
Air balancing and HVAC system optimization
Job Summary:
We’re seeking skilled, enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team and equip Arizona homeowners to conquer their attic dragons.

Airflow measurement and static pressures
Insulation evaluation and attic ventilation
Basic HVAC principles and refrigeration concepts
Preferred Knowledge (Armor Upgrades!):
Radiant barrier systems
Indoor air quality solutions
Home ventilation systems

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Conduct in-home consultation visits. Follow our structured sales process to present effective solutions clearly. Inspect homes to identify hidden 'dragon lairs'—such as duct leaks, poor airflow, insulation gaps, and inadequate ventilation. Clearly communicate observations, explaining how they impact homeowner comfort, efficiency, and air quality. Perform detailed system analyses:
Utilize MeasureQuick software (training & tools provided!). Measure airflow with flow hood and anemometer. Check system pressures and leakage. Evaluate indoor air quality.

Prepare accurate, detailed sales proposals offering multiple effective options. Guide homeowners through completed installations, clearly demonstrating work performed. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of provided tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and job-site safety standards. Deliver friendly, respectful, and world-class customer service—live up to your title as a Knight! Other tasks as assigned.
