At Klein Ford we are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales and/or Finance Manager to lead our Ford sales team and drive dealership growth! Responsibilities
Oversee the entire vehicle purchasing process, from initial desk management to final contract signing. Provide expert guidance to clients on financing options and protection products that add real value to their ownership experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national banking institutions to secure competitive rates for our buyers. Assist the sales team in structuring deals that make sense for both the customer and the dealership. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records for all vehicle transactions.

Foster an environment where transparency and honesty are the foundation of every interaction. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Requirements
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Three or more years of experience in automotive sales or finance management. Deep understanding of auto financing processes, lender relationships, and contract compliance. Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort with financial calculations. Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
