Uncapped Earning Potential: Top producers in our group realistically earn well into six figures.

Fresh Leadership Culture: Zero complacency, collaborative energy, and full backing from an aggressive management team.

Robust Inventory: Full access to high-demand new Mazda models and a rapidly growing, diverse pre-owned inventory.

Advanced F&I Tools: The latest dealership tech and deep lender relationships to maximize your approvals and back-end gross.

Key Responsibilities
Maximize F&I Gross: Sell financing, extended warranties, gap insurance, and peripheral protective products.

Maintain High PVR: Consistently achieve and exceed dealership benchmarks for Per Vehicle Retail averages.

Structure & Close Deals: Work closely with the sales desk to structure profitable deals and secure fast lender approvals.

Ensure Full Compliance: Maintain accurate legal documentation and strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.

Manage CITs: Track funding aggressively to ensure fast contracts-in-transit turnaround times and healthy cash flow.

Qualifications
Proven Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of successful experience as an automotive F&I manager.

Lender Relationships: Established track record of structuring deals and maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.

High Ethical Standards: Ability to maintain a high closing percentage while protecting the dealership’s compliance record.

Process-Driven: Exceptional organizational skills with a strict focus on detail and paperwork accuracy.

Elite Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with customers and handle objections smoothly.
