HR Manager / HR Business Partner - Multi-Site

Location: Watford -

Remote/Home Based with Regional Travel £60,000+ +excellent benefits + company car

The Company

We are working with an established and successful organisation with a large frontline workforce across a growing multi-site operation. The business has a supportive and collaborative culture, with ambitious plans for continued growth and a strong focus on its people.


About the Role

This is a predominantly remote/home-based role when not visiting sites, with approximately 60-70% regional travel. You will provide a visible and hands-on HR presence across multiple locations, partnering closely with operational leaders and site managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex and high-volume employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, investigations, appeals, restructures and TUPE.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people matters.
  • Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and talent development.
  • Delivering HR projects, initiatives and organisational change.
  • Using HR data and metrics to improve engagement, retention and performance.
  • Providing advice on UK employment law, policies and best practice.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager, HRBP or strong HR Advisor ready to step up, with:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven HR experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong employee relations and UK employment law experience.
  • Experience within QSR, food, retail, FMCG, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, care, logistics or a similar customer-facing/operational environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly between sites.
