What we re looking for in a People & Culture Coordinator:

  • You ll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage several priorities while handling confidential information appropriately
  • Experience gained within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment would be a real advantage, although it isn t essential.
  • Most importantly, this would suit someone who wants more than just their next job. It s an opportunity to join a supportive, people-focused organisation where you can continue learning, expand your HR experience and build your career.

If you re looking for a company that combines professional standards with a friendly, supportive culture and a healthy approach to work-life balance, we d love to hear from you.
