Job Title: Senior Engagement Lead – AI
Location: California, USA (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Engagement Lead – AI to manage client relationships and coordinate with an India-based offshore delivery team. The candidate should have strong experience in Data & AI, client-facing consulting, Agile delivery, and AI solutioning.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Data & AI.
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing onsite–offshore delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, Python, and Azure AI.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, business analysis, and product management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred: Semiconductor or manufacturing domain experience and Azure AI certifications.
