Graphic Designer

Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a contract position. This opportunity is ideal for a visually driven individual who can turn complex business information into effective presentations and marketing materials that support client engagement. The role requires strong collaboration across business, operations, and marketing teams while maintaining a consistent brand voice and high design standards.

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling proposals, presentations, brochures, and related materials by combining graphics, charts, photography, text, and other media into cohesive deliverables. Translate technical and business input from cross-functional partners into clear design concepts that effectively communicate products and services to target audiences. Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables by applying approved visual standards, messaging guidance, and compliance requirements.

Adapt presentation layouts and creative assets to suit different audiences, tailoring content style and structure with limited oversight. Identify design or production challenges early and work with team leadership to develop practical, timely solutions. Manage workload independently, balancing multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced production setting. Partner with operations, business development, and marketing stakeholders to shape persuasive visual themes that strengthen client-facing communications.

Coordinate with external vendors when needed to support print or production execution and ensure final outputs meet project specifications. Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio. Three to five years of experience in a client-facing production or design environment. Demonstrated ability to create high-impact visual materials for presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Solid understanding of brand standards and the ability to apply them consistently across multiple formats. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Innovation starts with people.
