Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

· Core Frontend: Strong HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

· AEM Frontend: 3+ years building AEM components using HTL, clientlibs, editable templates, policies and Style System.

· Frameworks: Hands-on experience with React (preferred), Next.js or Angular; experience with AEM SPA Editor is a strong plus.

· Build Tools: Webpack, npm/yarn, Babel, ESLint and the AEM project archetype frontend module.

· Responsive Design: Mobile-first development, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.

· APIs: Consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON handling and asynchronous programming.

· Version Control & CI/CD: Git, Bitbucket/GitHub and familiarity with Cloud Manager pipelines.

Domain Experience

· 2+ years working on retail, eCommerce or consumer-brand websites.

· Understanding of retail UX patterns including product discovery, cart and checkout flows, promotions and personalization.

· Awareness of peak-season performance needs and conversion-focused design.
