1) JIRA background
2) Guidewire Implementation-PC
3) State Rollout experience
4) BA Certified (Preferred )

Requirement:

·         Knowledgeable of Guidewire products and releases

·         JIRA background

·         Great communicator (can work with several levels and globally)

·         GW Implementation (State Rollouts) - PolicyCenter background.

·         Works with SI partners on delivery

·         Certification as Associate BA would be great

·         Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets

·         Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure milestones are met

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication with clients

·         Monitor scope against baseline, identify deviations early, and escalate through formal change control processes

·         Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Present regular status updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with customer objectives

·         Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Principals, and Guidewire Partners on larger initiatives

·         Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks; work with teams to develop mitigation strategies

·         Proactively communicate issues to stakeholders and resolve them promptly
