The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within a designated territory.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Clearly communicate findings, proposed solutions, and set client expectations.
• Utilize provided technology and sales tools to manage leads and agreements effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and excellent customer service.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers.
• Willingness to obtain required pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Capacity to perform physical demands including ladder use and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
